neviete teda aky to moze byt problem ked sa mi nezobrazuje TV program pri ikonkach ale len biely obdlznik. mam NOD32

V novej verzii som opravil podobne sa prejavujucu chybu, takze si skuste pockat na novu verziu.

Pomožte prosím tuto chybu odstranit ..mne sa ten doplnok velmi zapačik

Hi Mazarik,
I found your Firefox addon and also found this forum. I am from Germany and I'm sorry, I don't speak any Slovakian. Hopefully someone is able to read this
Well, I saw the addon is available in some languages including English, but not in German. Is there a localization team? Can I help? I could offer some translation work or other help.
I am not a coder, just a MCSE and stay at home in the moment, so I have some time....
Thanks for your free software, it runs fine with German Firefox 3, but, of course, German TV program is missing.

Unfortunately we haven't datasource with German TV program, so I don't know, if german localization should be usefull for users from Germany. We have sk and cs, because Slovak or Czech TVs are in datasource, en as default language in Firefox and hu because some people from Slovakia are Hungarian nationality.
If you have any >free< datasource in well known format for example XML, I add gladly this datasource. Of course, it will be fine, if you add German localization. Translators names are in extension description. As I seen in server logs, we have some users from Germany. But I things, they are Slovakian or Czech.

What I could do, is to search in German Google and so I found these results:

the main thing is not if the software itself is free, but if the source of data is free and can be used by third sides.
maybe the software is free, but the source has some license that it can be used just in that software... try to find this out, it will be important to next steps

Should I could write to them and ask whether the content is free for third party use?

If I know exactly what we need to know I am willing to write to those people.

yes, you get it right

there isn't anything special, like some phrases to ask, just simply ask them if the data can be used in a firefox extension, you can mention that it is free and open-source, but i think they will know firefox. you can also tell them that their copyright to the data will be mentioned in the extension, if that will make them feel better

Skvělý extension... Pod FF3 funguje (snad) výborně. Z toho rozhovoru který jste měli s Andreasem2 hádám že do rozšíření asi bude problém přidat další TVProgramy třeba jako Eurosport, Eurosport2

Ide o to, ze mame dodavatela dat, ktory nam poskytuje program pre urcite stanice v slovenskom alebo ceskom jazyku. Andreas2 by chcel pridat stanice s popismi v nemeckom jazyku. Problem pridat nove stanice nie je, len data musia byt bud volne siritelne(akakolvek slobodna licencia) alebo musi dodavatel dat suhlasit s pouzitim dat v rozsireni. Samozrejme v pripade zaujmu dodavatela dat, nie je problem uverejnit v rozsireni odkaz na dodavatela dat.
